The Mobile Car Unit from BCA in Cimanggis – Indonesia
BCA or Bank Central Asia, which has quite large expansion in Indonesia, is adding their mobile station to reach customers who live far away from any BCA offices. They’re launching their Mobile Branch service which is basically like a moving branch office where they can help the customers with online service. Inside the car, they have a unit of multifunctional ATM.
This mobile car BCA is just officially released. It’s hope that the mobile unit can help their customers by reaching out to remote areas. The mobile unit is hoped to be able to help customers who live afar, so they can still make deals or transactions with the help of thir special ride.
Previously, BCA has released one unit of this mobile car in Bangkalan, Madura. This second car will be operating in Cimanggis area. Within this mobile unit, there will be a customer service, a teller, the head chief, and a police man for security. The service performed in the car will be just the same as the one performed in branch offices, but with certain limitations.
The car will be stationed in strategic places, such as exhibitions, Ciamnggis market, or other corporate events, such as the Corporate Social Responsibility.
