Katie Melua is to accompanied by Vauxhall in her European tour Katie Melua, a famous singer as well as a songwriter, is preparing to start her European tour. She will not just be alone in the tour because the new Vauxhall Ampera is ready to accompany her.

As already announced by Vauxhall, Katie Melua has been chosen to become the official “brand ambassador” of Vauxhall.

And in April and May 2011, she is scheduled to stop at the United Kingdom (UK), as a part of her long European tour.

Katie’s European tour is entitled “The House”. The title of the tour simply adopts the title of her latest album. The tour will take Katie to more than 50 European cities, and 13 cities are located in the UK.

The tour will be started on 22nd of April 2011, taking place in Sheffield. It then continues to Cardiff on 1st of May. London will be hit by Katie on 5th of May. And Glasgow will get its share on 9th of May 2011.

In her tour, Katie is to accompanied by the new Vauxhall Ampera that goes on sale in 2012. The new Vauxhall Ampera will be displayed at the gigs, so that the car can be seen clearly by Katie’s fans.
