The new 2012 Buick Verano offers a complete luxury package, electronic parking brake push button starter, with standard and optional features like with dual-zone climate control, and a heated steering wheel and heated leather seats.
The vice president of Buick marketing (John Schwegman ) said “Verano expands our lineup, continues Buick’s momentum and gives us a great opportunity to attract a new generation of customers with a product that delivers on their expectations for design, performance and technology,” and “It is a smart choice that delivers unexpected luxury in a compact sedan – and it will compete head-to-head with competitors from Audi and Lexus.”
How about The 2012 Buick Verano Performance ?
A powertrain combination Ecotec 2.4-liter six-speed automatic transmission is standard and 0-60 mph performance of 8.0 seconds and an estimated 31 mpg on the highway with delivers approximately 177 Hp or same with 132 kW and 170 lb.-ft. of torque (230 Nm). A 2.0-liter turbo engine will be offered in the future.

Official pricing will surely be announced closer to the car’s on-sale date near the end of 2011. Inside Buick promises true luxury, although don’t expect too much with a rumored starting price of around $21,000 for base models and going as high as $26,000 for cars with all of the trimmings.
