Skoda is supporting cycling teams

Skoda, a Czech car brand, was surprisingly making appearance at the last week’s London Bike Show. The brand put an attractive stand at the show which took place at ExCel, in London’s Docklands.

But finally, it is found that Skoda actually has always been in close relationship with cycling since a long time. In 1895, Skoda for the fist time built bicycles back on their cars. This has enabled cyclists to carry their bicycles more easily to the mountain bike circuit and pump track for testing or exercising.

The recent Skoda Yeti can even be driven on articulated ramps, so that cyclists can carry their bicycles to the most extreme tracks.

Rapha Condor Sharp and Team Raleigh are two cycling teams being supported by Skoda. The teams will be provided with the Skoda Superb Estate, so that they can carry their bicycles to various tracks around the world.

The two teams were kindly willing to share experiences and advices to all bicycle fans who attended the bike show. And they also offer their fans an opportunity to win a prestigious tour with them in this year.

The London Bike Show was running from 13 January to 16 January 2011.
