Range Rover Makes Some Tests on Snow

Today, we have to admit that Range Rover has become one of the most luxurious SUVs. However, we must also admit its capability in exploring rough terrain and inclement weather. The fourth generation model of Range Rover is expected to be just as rugged, especially on snow-filled tracks.

Some media has captured snow test done by the American luxurious SUV. They snapped some images showed that Range Rover is making test on snow. It means one thing, which is that Range Rover is in the process of development of its winter or snow model. The current Range Rover has accompanied us for almost ten years and most people agreed that this SUV brings one of the best styling and capabilities among other SUVs. Some automotive analysts do not expect Land Rover to move away much from its classic two-box design to sharp lines. Some rumors also said that the Range Rover winter generation is borrowing Evoque’s styling cues, which is its new smaller brother. It is something normal if Land Rover does it because the Evoque has gotten good attention from the public because of its good looks. Some images in internet even captured the interior section and they found that some elements of the Evoque used by the Range Rover.

However, some parties are expected big changes will be found under its sheet metal, including a diet plan to reduce up to 1000 pounds from its 5697 pounds of curb weight. New powertrain options are also expected; it would be better if there are a couple of turbo-diesels and naturally aspirated gasoline supercharged V8 engine. There are rumors said there is a chance for Land Rover to provide hybrid powertrain in the new Range Rover even it could not be proven yet.
