The revised C-Class has 2,000 new componentsIn spring 2011, Mercedes-Benz is going to launch a C-Class which has been revised. The car has gone thorough a process of modernization. The revised C-Class’ design is much striking compared than before, especially on the rear and front parts.

Now, the car is featured by a new dashboard with unique decorative trim and grainy surface. There is also a display screen with high resolution in the instrument cluster.

Enhancements on the efficiency of the car include the improved fuel consumption by 31 percent, the new engines, the better ECO start/stop function and the 7G-TRONIC PLUS automatic transmission.

And what is more exciting is that there are new ten systems of driving assistance for the revised C-Class. The systems include the ATTENTION ASSIST drowsiness detection system as standard, and the DISTRONIC PLUS proximity control system as the option. In fact, there are 2,000 new components or even more which differentiate the new C-Class from the previous generation.

In March 2011, the C-Class Estate and Saloon versions will be available in the UK market.
