Hyundai Confirmed 2013 Santa Fe will Make Debut in New York
Korean automaker, Hyundai has officially confirmed to media that they will make debut for the 2013 Santa Fe crossover at the New York Auto Show this April.
We cannot deny the popularity of the Santa Fe because since the first generation was firstly launched to the market in 2007, the name is continuously increased during the time. The last refresh is done for the 2010 model. The 2013 will be the third generation and it is expected will be able to reach better position like its Japanese or European competitors. The New York Auto Show that will be held this April is the first arena used by the Korean carmaker to officially introduce and launch this popular crossover.
Actually, some months ago, there are rumors at Hyundai Blog related to this Korean crossover. Some of the blog authors found the first images of the 2013 Santa Fe. At that time, they did not get accurate information or confirmation from Hyundai due to the rumor. And now, even the information and details of the crossover are still limited but Hyundai has admitted and confirmed that the rumor some months ago are right and the car will be brought to “the Big Apple” Auto Show to be introduced to the American customers and Hyundai enthusiasts in US.
From some media, we have found that the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe will be restyled both the interior and the exterior. The size of the car will be slightly larger than the second model or current generation, which means that big chance; there will be larger space inside. They also mentioned that the current engine will still available but Hyundai improved its performance and fuel efficiency. Maybe, Hyundai might offer their four-cylinder turbocharged engine this time to make competition with the Ford’s EcoBoost model.
