If you see the new Peugeot Onyx supercar teaser, you will definitely think that the car is super sexy and stylish. Sure, you may not get the full close ups and the overall details, but the silhouette and the shadows alone have done enough to enhance the stylish part of the whole design.
Peugeot seems to think that supercars and their powertrain alternatives are never enough. That’s why they are coming with this new concept for the Peugeot Onyx. The company has planned to introduce the ride during the upcoming international event of 2012 Paris Motor Show. Well, we have to wait for the full reveal. It seems that the ride comes with two color cover paint – black for the whole design and copper option for the trimming and accents. From the images, the copper paint is located on the doors and also the front side fenders.
The 2013 Peugeot Onyx is predicted to come with carbon fiber since it would help a lot to keep the weight low. The ride doesn’t come in full EV, but since Peugeot has sold the electric diesel hybrid in the form of HYbrid4 3008 plus 508 model, they don’t think it’s necessary to pack the Onyx with full EV power.
