When the Twizy has been available in the market, those who has made the reservation will be given priority to purchase the car.

2011 Vauxhall Antara

2011 Vauxhall AntaraThe 2011 Vauxhall Antara is different from the previous model.

While the other engine can produce 184PS, managing 42.8 mpg and 175 g/km of CO2.

The new Antara is all-wheel drive. However, in normal condition the engine only generates the front wheels. It will also generate the rear wheels when slip is detected.

The revised chassis has more supple and comfortable ride. And the power steering offers better accuracy.

The interior has also been refreshed. Its instruments features new graphics and the center console has additional storage and new graceful leather trim.

Pricing for the 2011 Vauxhall Antara range is begun at £19,995 on-the-road.

Jaguar C-X75 is to commence production

Adrian confidently claimed there are no other recent cars that can be compared with the C-X75 in its technological innovation and excellence.

The Jaguar C-X75 will be built only in 250 units, with pricing begins from £700,000.

Fiat is to integrate with Chrysler

There has been an agreement by which Fiat is to exercise its Incremental Equity Call Option in full.

The call option is affected by the closing by Chrysler. This results to a transaction of finance in which Canadian government and Chrysler’s US debt is repaid fully.

Aggregate price exercised for the call option is $1,268 million.

Sergio Marchionne, CEO of Fiat, said that the agreement is fundamentally important. It is a significant pace that will lead to the integration of Chrysler and Fiat.

The integration process has already been started since more than one years ago. Marchionne added that the process is being accelerated.

If it reaches into completion, then an international automaker is predicted to result. There will be a single group that can give strong influence to the global activities.

Fiat, at the same time, decided to unveil its new 500 Cabrio at the New York auto show.

In late Spring, the car will have been available in the US market. Pricing is started from $19,500.
