Porsche Boxster S Black Edition will be offered to the market in a limited number of only 987 units.
All of them definitely come in black color. And they are characterized with features that emphasize the muscular look and driving dynamics.
The rear luggage compartment lid which features the lettering of “Black Edition” is painted in black color. The exhaust system’s twin tailpipe, the rear side air intake grilles, and the rollover bars are also painted in black.
Surprisingly, the black theme is not only applied in the exterior, but also in the interior. The entry guards on the door which also feature the lettering of “Black Edition” have the color of black. The leather seats and the instrument cluster’s dials are even dominated with black.
The Black Edition is powered by 3.4-liter six-cylinder engine fitted in front of the rear axle behind the seats. For greater efficiency and power, the engine is paired with direct fuel injection. The combination is able to deliver 320 horsepower and 370 Nm of torque.
The Black Edition is also featured with lightweight ten-spoke design alloy wheels, making the car to save five kilogram overall.
Started from March, the Boxster S Black Edition will be available in the Ireland and UK market. The prices begin at £47,426.
