All New Daihatsu Xenia 2012 : a Blend of Technology and Luxury

A great news is shared by one of the leading automobile manufacturers for Daihatsu Xenia enthusiasts in Indonesia. The Daihatsu Xenia 2012 provides its customers with luxury and a new feature for more comfort. The new feature is provided for the comfort of the rear passengers in the form of Double Blower Air Conditioner. PT Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM) mentioned that this additional feature in the New Xenia 2012 is aimed at providing a more modern atmosphere in both interior and exterior of the new car instead of providing the comfort for the rear passengers. There are two version of Double Blower Air Conditioners that are available in the automobile market i.e. the 1,3-liter Xenia (X and R). Meanwhile, the double blower air conditioner for the 1,0-liter Xenia (D and M) is not yet available in the market.

Changes in the 2012 Daihatsu Xenia

Another change in the 2012 Daihatsu Xenia can be seen from its dimension. The length and the width of the New Xenia 2012 are now 20 mm and 30 mm longer which also have some changes in the cabin and the trunk volume. A better aerodynamic is gained by reducing the roof for 10 mm. The steering wheel of Daihatsu Xenia 2012 is equipped with Electronic Power Steering (EPS) dan Tilt Steering for the R varian. The rear chair in this type of the new Xenia is also equipped with headrest. The new technology applied in the new car allows the car to provide great safety for the entire passengers.

Technology and Luxury – 2012 Daihatsu Xenia

The advanced technology and the luxury of the newly launched New Xenia 2012 by PT Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM) created a new atmosphere in the new automobile marketplace. The manufacturer itself has held an event entitled “Eat, Drive and Love”, test drive Daihatsu Xenia 2012 by inviting some journalist for a test drive in Bali, Indonesia from 14 to 16 November 2011. Hendrayadi Lastiyoso, the Head Marketing of Daihatsu Sales Operation stated, the event was inspired by the movie starring by Julia Roberts, “Eat, Pray, Love” which also took the setting in Bali. Bondan Winarno dan Farah Quinn, two Indonesian leading chefs, were also invited in the event. The ‘driving meditation’ therapy was also held in the event and was guided by Sonny Sumarsono. This therapy was aimed at providing the feeling of safe and comfortable prior to driving the vehicle by relaxing and controlling the breathing.

Amelia Tjandra of the Marketing Director ADM of the manufacturer mentioned that the new specification of the all-new Daihatsu Xenia, the automobile can be sold for about 7.000 unit per month. The 2012  Daihatsu Xenia price range from Xenia D 1.0 MT Rp 126,6 million, Xenia M 1.0 MT Rp 130,6 million, Xenia X 1.3 MT Rp 141,2 million, Xenia R 1.3 MT Rp 145,2 million and Xenia R 1.3 AT Rp 156,7 million.
