SsangYoung Korando Sports

One of the Korean auto manufacturers, the Ssangyong Motor, has been planning about their pick up with four door design for quite a long time. In fact, they have released the concept back then in Geneva Auto Show in March 2011. Now, the company is ready to relase their double cabin ride, which originally named as the SUT (Sport Utility Truck) – 1. However, later on they changed the name into Korando Sports, so the new ride will be available with name SsyangYoung Korando Sports. Why they suddenly decided to change the name, the reason remains unknown.

Anyway, the SsyangYoung Korando Sports has been available and sold in South Korea and from the outer look, it seems fine. The ride is running on diesel engine with 2.0 liter capacity that produces about 155 hp. the vehicle is using rear wheel driving system, but customers can also have the 4WD model, if they want to. Along with automatic speed transmissions, the ride is certainly a promising car.

The overall construction frame and structure is solid and rigid. It’s packed with sophisticated safety features, like dual airbags for the front seat, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), ABS technology, ARP or Active Rollover Protection, and also attachments ISOFIX for children passengers.
