2013 Opel Astra Cabrio Specs in Speculations with Pictures

Today, GM (General Motors) released the first teaser images of 2013 Opel Astra Cabrio. This car will come on the market next year (2012), to be a 2013 model car. Mark adams (Opel design boss) Released the first teaser images of 2013 Opel Astra Cabrio one day after a prototype of the convertible Astra got caught by spy photographers.

From image, we can see the car will retain its accommodating rear seats and be based on the new sporty and The 2013 Opel Astra cabriolet will be based on the three-door version of the model and it will replace the metal hard-top with a retractable canvas top.

For details, Vauxhall / Opel did not release any other details or specification regarding the Astra cabrio. But, we can make a few speculations the 2013 Opel Astra Cabrio will probably get the same range of engines as seen in the standard three-door range. It’s means there will be 2 type of a 200Nm 1.4-litre turbocharged, a 1.6-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 132kW and four-cylinder petrol engine.
