2012 Chevrolet Malibu Eco
Chevy seems to plan a new eco friendly car with the design and plan to launch the new 2012 Chevrolet Malibu Eco. The model is different from the regular Malibu line, which is also prepared by the company for the next 2013 production. The new Eco will be available with sophisticated technology that benefits the users a lot in the environmental ways. With new technology of eAssist that will improve the fuel saving system, the car will be available within the summer time of 2012.
The 2012 Chevrolet Malibu Eco is set up as the new hybrid sedan that comes with better fuel economy saving and system without reducing the tough performance of the car. The eAssist technology is using motor electrical generator and also battery of lithium ion that will improve the braking system with electrical assistance. The car will have 26 mpg for the city and also 38 mpg for the highways, which is quite impressive and nice.
Since the 2012 Chevrolet Malibu Eco is designed for environment friendly car, several changes will be made. There’re rearview mirror that will improve the aerodynamic system of the car. The tail lights will be different as well. The car will be running on four cylinder direct injection of 2.4 liter engine that will produce 180 hp, along with automatic six speed transmissions.
