The Toyota Sports 800 was Toyota Motor Corporation’s first production sports car. This cars called the Toyota Publica Sports. The Fisrt debuted at the 1962 Tokyo Auto Show, featuring a space age sliding canopy and utilizing the 28 hp (21 kW) power train of the Toyota Publica 700. It is beautiful. Short, sleek, muscular. This allows us, as a supporter (of a certain age) of the mark, to say bravo!, this concept came into production at Toyota ensures some recovery patina on the logo. Technically it should hit the 200 horsepower for a minimal weight. A real instrument of pleasure to squeak in open-field.
